Aminorage ti ima kreatin i citrulin za snagu, te nešto glutamina. Najsličniji myproteinov mix ti je Fuse, ta je opet kombinacija kreatin i taurin.<br><br>Skeptičan sam prema Aminorageu jer je preporučena doza premala. Efektivna doza kreatina je 5g, efektivna doza citrulina 5-10g, glutamina 10g, bcaa bi trebao unijeti 10g da dobiješ 5g leucina., i bez ikakvog balasta to je minimum 20g a oni preporučuju 5g. Plus, citrulin je pre-workout, a bcaa je primarno post-workout.<br>]]>

Sad mi skoro ništa i ne treba, mašina funkcionira tip top.<br>]]>

BCAA je dobar okidač da hormoni krenu u pravom smjeru. Uzmi ih ujutro skupa s glutaminom na prazan stomak, pa se nekih pol sata poslije napucaj proteinima. Jaja, šunke, sira.<br><br>Leucina, izoleucina, valina, pa i drugih aminokiselina ima kolko hoćeš u proteinskim praškovima, no nije ti to isto. Ne pije se BCAA jer nećeš unijeti dovoljnu količinu kroz prehranu već da naglo podignu koncentraciju u krvi i pokrenu sintezu anaboličkih hormona.<br>]]>
