    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18183">Scarchina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9460<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2014 at 23:37<br /><br />Pozdrav<br><br>Imam pitanje u vezi prehrane za curu koja nesmije jest hranu s glutenom <br>Ima 20 godina,visoka je 168cm i 48 kg.<br>Imala je prije tog 53 kg ,ali  zbog mononukleoze koju je imala prije godina dana pala je na 45 kg.<br>Vratila je 3,5kg u to vrijeme,ali jako sporo.<br><br>Jel ima kakav raspored prehrane koji bi joj mogo pomoc u vracanju kila?<br>Ona redovno doma vjezba svaki drugi dan,misli se upisat na fitness ako ce bit potrebno za napredak.<br><br><br>]]>
