    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20125">dorian</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9450<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2014 at 13:36<br /><br />pozdrav,dakle ovako endomorf 26 godina,172 cm 97 kg:( <br>cilj za sad samo smrsaviti,trening 5 puta tjedno teretana,najvise pomoci mi treba oko prehrane<br>plan prehrane:<br>dorucak: zobene sa mlijekom<br>meduobrok:shake,posni,zrnati sir,voce<br>rucak:piletina,puretina,riba+povrce<br>meduobrok:voce<br>prije treninga:shake,pileca ili pureca prsa(salama),leftoversi od rucka,jaja<br>nakon treninga:shake<br>vecera:posni,zrnati,jaja<br>ovo je samo primjer kako sta jedem,uglavnom namirnice su vise manje uvijek iste(piletina,puretina,jaja,posni i zrnati sir,zobene,ponekad i crveno meso ubacim)<br>od UH jedino zobene jedem,nastojim ubacit vise proteina,problem su mi masti kad ih ubacit i koje?<br>ufff uglavnom neznam sta vise napisat tako da ako moze koji savjet,prijedlog hvala :)<br>]]>
