Koji cilj želiš postići? Koje težine koristiš? I tako dalje...<br>Ono što svakako trebaš imati na umu bez obzira na ciljeve jest da radiš samo onoliko ponavljanja koliko možeš raditi sa dobrom tehnikom ;)<br>]]>
