Low dan mi je na oko 1500 (od čega 400 iz UH-a) a High oko 1900(od čega oko 900 iz UH-a)?<br><br>Bi li tribala ić još gori? <br><br>Kako ovaj način prehrane trpi voćne jogurte (konkretno djetna Milbona zaslađena Splendom)?<br>Da li da stvarno brojim ugljikohidrate samo iz škrobastog, korijenastog povrća?<br><br>Integralni tost (8g vlakana na 100g) - je li prihvatljiv ponekad umisto kruha?
