    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19966">dekipkc20</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9403<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2014 at 15:35<br /><br />Pozdrav vec sam postavio post na koi nisam dobio odgovor no nema veze.Visok sam 182 cm i blizu 70 kila.Kako sam krenuo najvise paznje davati zgibu uz program s neta zanima me dali bi bilo dobro trenirati 2 puta dnevno svaki 2 dan.Za primjer poslje rucka nekih 1 sat zgibovi i poslje 5 trbusnjaci i propadanja i slicne vjezbe.inace treniram sto jacim tempom trening da ga sto prije obavim jer cilj mi je masa.Sad me zanima koliko je pametno raditi ovo bi mi bio plan<div><br></div><div>Pon: Popodne : zgib ( imam plan treninga za zgib posto sam slab trenutno u njemu )</div><div><span ="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">		</span>Predvecer : ( cucnjevi i sklekovi iz zraka znaci odguravanje od neceg:npr od stola sa nogama na podu )</div><div><br></div><div>Srij: Popodne : zgib<span ="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">	</span></div><div><span ="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">		</span>Predvecer : ( trbusnjaci i propadanja )</div><div><br></div><div>Pet: Popodne: zgib<span ="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">	</span></div><div><span ="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">		</span>Predvecer : ( Bench potisak uski i siroki + dvorucni uteg dizanje iznad glave ,klasicno dizanje i odozdola odizavanje )</div><div><br></div><div>Ned : Popodne : zgib</div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;"><span ="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">		</span>Predvecer: ( Gripovi i namotavanje utega + cucnjevi i trbusnjaci )&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;"><br></span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">To bi bio moj neki plan hranu sam si sredio,sam me ubiti samo interesira ovo 2 treninga dnevno manje vise da nisu isti misici ( noge moram odmarati oko 4-5 dana jer rasutraju me misic nakon 200 cucnjeva ) :)</span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;"><br></span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">Sto se tice zgiba radim svaki put drugacije siroki,uski,nadhvat,podhvat,ma ubiti sve moguce kombinacije postoje na toj spravi dok uglavnom i na kraju treninga stiscem sto vise mogu gripove i drzim pritisnuto sto dfuze kad vise nemam snage za stisak&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;"><br></span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">Eto to bi bilo to samo me zanima neki konkretni savjet hvala :) pozz </span></div>]]>
