    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18929">r4mb0</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9368<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2015 at 16:27<br /><br />Sve ovisi o kilaži i samoj seriji, npr. u početku po minimalno 10 ponavljanja, dok zadnja serija s najvećom težinom završi na 2 ponavljanja <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ,a radim cca. 6 serija na svemu navedenom, tako da ja trening završim za sat vremena, a toliko mi taman odgovara što se tiče ostalih obveza <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />]]>

HIIT na traci 20 min</div><div><br></div><div>Preferiram prehranu s više masti, a manje UH, tako mi je nekako draže...</div><div><br></div><div>Eh sad, šta reći nego VALJDA ćui sada imati više motivacije i ne posustati opet u svojim namjerama <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /></div>]]>

Najbitnije je da uživaš u tome što radiš jer sve drugo je maltretiranje i nema nekog smisla.<br /><br />Do sada si napravio lijepi posao, čestitam  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br /><br />i sretno dalje, ali ne zaboravi da bi to trebao biti užitak, a ne tlaka <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18929">r4mb0</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9368<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2014 at 19:04<br /><br />Pozdrav, da se malo i ja javim...<br /><br />Kroz zadnja dva mjeseca trenirao sam prosječno 5x tjedno i ti treninzi su stvarno bili naporni, ali potpuno anaerobni. Prehranu sam malkice pojačao i nakon dva mjeseca imam šta vidjet, metar ne ukazuje na nikakvu promjenu, a vaga ukazuje na par kila gore. <br /><br />Ali zato, ogledalo pokazuje cak nesto bolji izgled...ali nije stvar u tome. Stvar je da sam tako demotiviran bio zadnja dva mjeseca da je to uzas, nisam tako striktno pazio na prehranu kao ranije, a nekad cak ni trening ne bi odradio do kraja...ponekad bi se zapitao "Zasto ja ovo radim? Zbog cega? Sta me briga za izgled, ja hocu jesti cokolade koliko me volja" ,pa pojedem cijelu cokoladu pa se kasnije kajem...<br /><br />Uglavnom, opet sam se nesto motivirao pa planiram malo skratiti anaerobni trening, a dodati jedno 20-30 min aerobnog, jer s aerobnim mi je napredak ranije bio brzi i nekako bolji...bitno je samo da imam tu volju, taj elan i motivaciju koji ce me voditi i dalje kroz ovo. Vec gotovo godinu dana drzim se nekakvog rezima i zato mi stvarno nekad dodje da odustanem, ali nedam se <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" />]]>
