    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10324">Phyzo</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9347<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2014 at 14:20<br /><br />mogu ti dati samo laicko razmisljanje xD nisam strucan da mogu tvrditi nesto, ali ugl, ako treniras 5x tjedno+ teretana u sklopu treninga, nez koliko je pametno jos ici sam u teretanu, da se mozda neces preforsirati jer misicima treba odmor da se regeneriraju. imas 14g, meni su rekli kada sam imao 16 da mi nije pametno ici u teretanu zbog toga sto se jos uvijek razvijas i rastes (nema vjezbanja sa vecin tezinama itd)... sto se tice tih praskova to nemam pojma, ne konzumiram to pa necu pricati o tome nista, sigurno ce stariji forumasi znati odgovoriti na to pitanje... <br>]]>
