Experimentiram oko 5 godina s dodacima prehrani, s Whey proteinima, kombinirao sam vecu, manju kolicinu, prije, poslije treninga, najrazlicitije aminokiseline posebno i nigdje nisam vidio tako dobre rezultate kao kad sam kombinirao BCAA, kreatin i citrulin malat, odnosno arginin s ornitinom, pola sata prije treninga, za vrijeme treninga i nakon treninga, a onda na dan pauze s treningom samo bcaa i kreatin 2 puta dnevno, s tim da su mi treninzi bili naporni, calistenic, iskljucivo, 2 - 3 puta tjedno, najcešce cijelo tijelo u svakom treningu. Za moje godine (58), rezultati su bili izvrsni. Sve pohvale autoru clanka ?????]]>

Ovdje baš i nema ni profesionalnih a ni naprednih bodybuildera koji uslijed kemije-hormonskih dodataka i intenziteta vježbanja drugacije reagiraju, a koliko znam prosjecni vježbac i li sportaš od toga nema ništa, ukoliko mu je vec protein zastupljen u prehrani sa cca 30%, tj  nakon normalne sportske prehrane. A nova tj "novija" istraživanja, npr izdanje komisije sportske medicine od medunarodnog olimpijskog odbora, za sports nutrition, izdanje 2014, piše da je BCAA lijepa za teoriju, ali nijedan dokaz za korisnost u primjeni.strana 207. knjigu su pisali cca 70 svjetskih strucnjaka za sport i prehranu, mikrobiologiju, itd..Ne i Jose Antonio koji radi za supplement kompanije.    U knjizi Modern Nutrition for Health and Desease, koja se smatra danas biblijom za prehranu, cca 2000 stranica, isto piše da neki predlažu ali nije pronašen znanstveni dokaz da u slucaju zdravih i dobro hranjenih sportaša ili i sa uzimanjem whey proteina doprinosi icemu, zakljucak njihov, dobra teorija ali ništa rezultata, Naravno u ovim knjigama profesor Jose Antonio ne može pisati jer radi za proizvošace supplemenata pa ima konflikt interesa, ali za to tamo gdje on ili njegovi ljudi pišu, sve pomaže. Kod skidanja KG može pomoci zbog jake restrikcije hrane, ali u normalnim slucajevima sumnjam.  pozdrav Ivane, znam da smo na suprotnim stranama, ali bez zlobe :)]]>
