    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18929">r4mb0</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9332<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2014 at 10:24<br /><br />Prvi put mi je netko valjda zabunom obrisao temu pa sada otvaram novu <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /><br /><br />Sastojci:<br />200g mljevenih zobenih pahuljica<br />3 jaja<br />3 zlice wheya(okus po zelji)<br />1 banana<br />1 dl mlijeka 0,9% mm<br />1 dl jamnice<br />1 zlicica cimeta<br /><br />Priprema:<br />U posudu staviti 3 jaja i promjesati ih mikserom. Zatim, mikserom za kavu izmiksati 200g zobenih pahuljica. U izmiksana jaja dodati 100g mljevenih zobenih, 1 sitno izrezanu bananu i 1 dl mlijeka. To dobro promijesati pa dodati jos 100g mljevenih zobenih, 3 zlice wheya, 1 dl jamnice i zlicicu cimeta i opet dobro izmiksati. Sad je smjesa gotova <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />Na redu je pecenje, u dobro zagrijanu tavu staviti malo ulja, kad se sve skupa dobro zagrijalo ulje izliti u casicu sa strane, a smjesu staviti na tavu. Tako svaki puta ponoviti postupak sto se tice ulja.<br /><br />Mene je ovo odusevilo, lako sam ih okretao i bile su iznimno ukusne. Kad smo vec kod okretanja, najlakse cete ih okretati onim cime se komadi torte vade (ne znam kako se zove tocno), jer su dosta krhke ipak...<br /><br />Ako je potrebno, dodajte malo pekmeza male kalorijske vrijednosti <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /><br /><br />Dobar tek!]]>
