    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11632">Amy***</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9288<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2014 at 17:09<br /><br />Inspirinana biskvitnim roladama, poželela sam da napravim nešto bez brašna, šećera i ulja i uspela saaaam pa da podelim recept sa vama <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br><br>Sastojci:<br><br>1. 4 jaja<br>2. 60g whey proteina sa ukusom vanile<br>3. 100g voćnog namaza od kajsije (bez dodatog šećera)<br>4. stevija<br><br>Postupak:<br><br>Izmiksati belanca sa prstohvatom soli u čvrst sneg. Žumanca izmiksati sa whey proteinom i stevijom pa u tu smesu dodavati po kašiku snega od belanaca i mutiti mikserom svo vreme.&nbsp; Na pleh staviti papir za pečenje, izliti smesu i peći na 200 stepeni oko 10 minuta.
