Onaj izračun od 1,05kg tjedno bio je baziran na osobi od 80kg tjelesne težine i BF 20%. Uzeo sam imaginarne vrijednosti jer ne znam nikakve podatke osobe koja je pokrenula temu, samo sam htio ilustrirati formulu.<br>]]>

Nadam se da cu uspjet polako se prebaciti u taj rezim. Osobno, malo mi je tesko pri odabiru namirnica, na prvom mjestu cjenovno, a na drugom mjestu je svo to planiranje i racunanje, iako mislim da je to tako na pocetku dok se ne uštosim skroz. <br />hvala jos jednom.<br /><br />PS mozda pokrenem neku temu tipa 'prije i poslije' pa se vidimo tamo]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18871">Goranchero</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9267<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2014 at 16:40<br /><br />Tjedno možeš izgubiti maksimalno 6,2% tjelesne masti, tako da ti to diktira maksimalni deficit.<br><br>Primjer, imaš 85kg i BF% 20%... imaš 17kg masnog tkiva i maksimalno tjedno možeš smršaviti 1,05kg, tako da kad bi ti metabolizam savršeno radio maksimalni tjedni deficit koji ne bi negativno utjecaio na mišićnu masu bio bi +-7350kCal ili 1050kCal dnevno. Pošto ti metabolizam ne radi savršeno i nemaš brojilo na želucu da odredi makronutrijente i kalorije u miligram, ciljaj na deficit 50-75% ovog iznosa, dakle 525-780kCal. Bolja varijanta bila bi da pokušaš povećati TDEE kako bi povećao deficit, smanjivanje kalorija ostavi kao zadnju rezervu, no kako god postavio, unos kalorija ti mora biti dovoljan da ne budeš gladan jer ako budeš gladan dugoročno ne bude od te cijele priče ništa. Prvi rođendan, kremšnite, baklave... i propao posao.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9267<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2014 at 16:19<br /><br />u principu tdee je dnevna potrošnja tako da možeš svaki dan isto i dok to pali samo naprijed, kad budeš više u tome morat ćeš malo izmiksat stvari ili kad se navikne tijelo pa onda možeš više na dane treninga a manje na dane odmora (npr. carb cycling) pa kasnije možda i lchf ali za početak na sve dane isto jedeš s uravnoteženim omjerom nutrijenata i paziš da bude što čišće (neki hamburger jednom tjedno te neće ubit ali ako budeš čisto jeo neće te tražit)]]>
