Trebam malu pomoc. Nikako si ne mogu iskombinirati prehranu da to bude kako valja. cini mi se da sam kalorije uspjela pogoditi(a mozda i nisam) ali definitivno ne i omjer uh,proteina i masti.Racunala sam i BMR koji je 1566, a TDE 2505,ako sam dobro izracunala TDE. Saljem primjer danasnjeg jelovnika pa me ispravljajte ako sam negdje fulala. Moram napomenuti da sam do prije 3-4 mjeseca imala 87 kg i nekom meni nepoznatom metodom(sigurno ne i zdravom) sam uspjela pasti na 75. Upute za vjezbanje sam dobila ;),jos samo da mi je taj jelovnik uskladiti.<br />-zeleni caj+cijedjeni limun<br />-50g zobenih+100 ml mlijeka<br />-50g razenog,100 g pilecih prsa,100 g zelene salate+mrvicu ulja<br />-banana<br />-50g razenog i 1 jaje<br />Previse,premalo ?]]>
