Treninzi mi vise nisu pusti aerobni, nego radim i anaerobne, svaki put drugu skupinu, a kad zavrsim s anaerobnim dijelom treninga, obicno se prebacim jos 40min voznje bicikle ili slicno. <br /><br />Sve u svemu ja sam zadovoljan, mada ubuduce cu rezultate vise pisati u temi koju sam otvorio u "Transformiraj se" <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />]]>

U salatu ili povrće stavljam do žlice, što je 15g, sve ovisi o ostalom sastavu obroka :) Vodi se tim žličicama i žlicama i sigurno ćeš smanjiti unos kcal za bar pola. Ako nemaš iz čega drugog smanjiti ili ako ne želiš malo povećati potrošnju te energije, sve su to alternative ;)</div><div><br></div><div>A ribicu....ribicu si možeš u pećnici ispeći na papiru za pečenje, pa ti ulje nije ni potrebno .
