    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19267">luu</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9244<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2014 at 11:14<br /><br />Znači treniram 4 x tjedno, cilj 8kg dolje.sve je izračunato BMR: 1466 TDEE: 2345<br />Samo me zanima jel trebam navečer samo P+M ili je ovako ok? <br />Muči me samo to što negdje piše da navečer ide obrok bez UH, a meni je trening do 19:30..a opet piše da iza treninga treba UH?? kako to rješit ?<br /><br /><br />Pliz ispravite me:<br /><br />1. dan<br />pola limuna +1dcl tople vode<br />--sobni bicikl 30min+ 15x3 -3vjezbe <br />D: 3 žlice zobenih, 1,5 dcl mljeka, žličica cimeta, pola žličice meda<br />MO: cjeđena naranča<br />R: 2 jaja kajgana + 150g gljiva + žlica masl ulja+ 1 poma i pola šnite raženog<br />MO:jogurt 0,9mm, 1 banana, malo kasnije 10ak bajama<br />V: 50g tune u ulju+ 120 g amaratha<br />0,7 l zelenog čaja 1 l vode<br /><br />2.dan<br />D: mala šnita integralog kruha, 50 g kuhane šunke 2%mm, jogurt 0,9mm<br />MO: manja jabuka, malo kasnije  cjeđena naranča 1 dcl<br />R: rižot sa povrćem i piletinom ( u restoranu,manje od 1 tanjura<br />--trening(18:30-19:30)<br />MO: banana, zobene 3 žlice+ 1 dcl mljeka<br />V: 100 g oslića + 120 g slanutka 1 mrkva<br />0,7 l zelenog čaja,<br /> 2,00 vode<br /><br />3. dan (bez treninga) <br />D: 2 jogurta sa žitaricama <br />MO: 2 mandarine<br />R: 400g brokule, šaka gljiva 1 kuhano jaje<br />MO: šaka bajama ,1 banana <br />V:pola tortile + caa 90g piletine+ kupus, 1 poma<br />1l  vode<br />]]>
