    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19209">wildbird96</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9215<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2014 at 20:51<br /><br />ciao ljudi! evo mene nakon dugo vremena, obaveze u školi su me zatrpale (gimnazija ubija) pa sam bila pomalo odsutna. al eto, pazila sam na prehranu i otišle su 4 kilice!&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" alt="Clap" title="Clap" /><div><br></div><div>krećem od danas s INSANITY-em. već 2 tjedna sam na squat challenge i ide mi odlično, ne vidim još baš neke promjene da bi se to tako moglo nazvati, ali osjećam veću snagu u nogama definitivno nego prije. prije sam ih jedva napravila 20, sad bez problema 100 odradim unutar nekoliko minuta!&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley40.gif" border="0" alt="Party" title="Party" />&nbsp;tako da definitivno PREPORUČAM ČUČNJEVE curama koje žele podići guzicu i učvrstit bedra. kvadricepsi luduju nakon više od 70 čučnjeva, vjerujte, luduju! a drugi dan (barem što se mene tiče) nije bilo nikakvih bolova. a u kondiciji nisam bila nikakvoj.. tako da, cure, na posao!&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></div><div><br></div><div>I da, imam pitanje još jedno, nutricionizma se tiče.</div><div>Dakle, skinula sam INSANITY i uz to mi se skinuo jelovnik i složila sam si malu listu namirnica koje budem unosila unutar naredna 2 mjeseca koliko mislim vježbati uz taj program. Pa bih molila vaše savjete dal da što izbacim ili dodam?
