    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8839">Mjauk</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9157<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2014 at 02:02<br /><br />Zagrijem se dobro prije svakog treninga.Ove sedmice nije toliki problem motivacija koliko te minimalne povrede na raznim djelovima tijela.Od prepone,lakta,ramena.I to danas radim sklekove sa pljeskom i jedva ruke odvajam od zemlje :).Mislim odraditi sutra i prekosutra i onda sedmica odmora,jedino ako bol ne prestane.A pod motivacijom mislim recimo prosle sedmice da se tokom vjezbanja pitam sto ja ovo radim,blbla klasicne babske price ali idemo dalje :)]]>

   <title>Pretreniranost? : Vec jedno 2 sedmice imam neki...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8839">Mjauk</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9157<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2014 at 20:32<br /><br />Vec jedno 2 sedmice imam neki osjecaj gubitka motivacija ali ne svaki trening sto je dosta ucestalije nego prije.Prosle sedmice sam odmarao 4 dana i opet krenuo u ponedeljak i odradio sjajno 2 treninga ali evo vec danas se osjecam nejako :D.Kako sam krenuo raditi trening tako me odjednom bole oba ramena,lakat koji sam povrijedio prije pola godine itd.Znaci motivacija mi varira,posebno u prosloj sedmici ali ove osjecam sitne povrede koje me sputavaju da dam maksimum.Sta da radim,pomagajte ljudi dobra srca :D]]>
