U potonjem slucaju je srce vrlo aktivno i istrenirano slijedom fizicke aktivnosti. Takodjer, nizak udio masti u tijelu ce dodatno minimizirati opasnost od kardiovaskularnih bolesti i cuvati zile nezastopane i prohodne. Postoje jos i brojni drugi razlozi koji idu tome u prilog.]]>
