Sa dobrom prehranom možeš lagano dobit kile u sljedecih 4-5 mjeseci, a onda definicija i nije problem.. Ali bit ce problema ako još planiraš sada odma smršaviti jer ce ostati samo kosti.. <br>]]>

Onda radim ono podizanje nogu (trbusnjaci) 1 minutu. Slijedi 25 sklekova i na kraju 30 sec podizanja nogu i 30 sklekova. A zgib nemogu napraviti puni pa ono skocim i uhvatim se za sipku pa koliko izdrzim (molim pomoc-imali neki bolji nacin za poceti sa zgibovima.) Nakon serije trbusnjaka i serije sklekova radim pauzu 30 sec. Je li takav trening prekratak? Imajte na umu da odem trcati bar 1 sat svaki dan<br />]]>

Nemam sad neki zacrtani jelovnik kojeg se drzim. Kod kuce vjezbanje mislim ono odraditi sklekove,trbusnjake,zgibove i sl. Vjezbe koje se mogu raditi kod kuce hah.]]>
