U svojoj trkackoj karijeri sam vidio mozda par puta da netko pravilno radi hiit. Jarbol, i ja ti predlazem da hiit zamijenis s intervalnim treningom.]]>

Nitko tko te ne zna i tvoju kondiciju ti ne može reci što bi, samo opcenito, a to je meljenje prazne slame... Ako želiš ubrzati skidanje kg možeš npr ujutro bodyweight vježbe a navece hiit ili kako ti paše... Ako imaš vremena i bike ti je ispred videa-tva pa gledaš film, pusti hiit pa predji na obican intervalni trening, vremenski ceš to izdržati i sat vremena pa ce ti i potrošnja masnoca biti vece. Ako nemaš vremena, onda hiit 10s rada, 20s ili više odmora po potrebi pa 10 rada pa 20 odmora,itd...od 10 do 60 možeš varirati i rad i odmor, ili i duže. probaj 10minuta sa svojim izborom,  napiši kak je prošlo, pa možemo onda konkretnije&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;@expertise, sorry ali 1.15min trcanja nije šprint, i to nije hiit protokol. Možda si ispljunuo pluca nakon 1.15min, ali na intenzitetu hiit-a si bio desetak sekundi. ]]>

Kupio sam fenomenalan reebokov sobni bicikl i poceo sam na njemu odradjivati treninge. Želio bih skinuti te kilograme,želje imam,samo pravi HIIT program nemam. :) Može li netko napisati pravilan HIIT program (koliko serija,koliko kilometara na sat koja serija,koliko sekundi odmora itd). Hvala svima na komentarima :)]]>
