Jednostavno, rukomet ima toliko širok raspon pokreta nogu da usredotocenost na samo neke mišice nema smisla. Ono što te može usporiti u rukometu su teške noge zbog nedovoljnog odmora. Radi noge jednom tjedno 30ak minuta, 4-5 vježbi u 3 serije. Nemoj se previše ubijati, neka u zadnjem ponavljanju u seriji imaš osjecaj da bi mogao napraviti još jedno ponavljanje u seriji. Iduci dan možeš napraviti jedan lagani trening (ja volim jogging zbog vježbanja aerobnih kapaciteta) i onda dan iza odmor.]]>

Trening u teretani..ako ceš gadjati izgled...mišicnu masu.... ovisi koja uloga ti je u sportu..ako si sprinter...treba ti brzina..okretljivost...normalno da ce ti masa otežavati funkcionalnost...</div><div><br></div><div>Moraš uzeti si ono što ti je primarno...dali ti je to izgled...uteg.....&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp;Ili sklekovi preskakivanje vijace ... odgurivanje za jak šut...preciznost i brzinu....</div><div><br></div><div>Mislim da još u rukometu nisam vidio namjesto cupica da kroz onaj mali prostor skace mrcina od 100 kg hehee</div><div><br></div><div>Ali ojacati noge naravno da ti dobro dodje...nemoj sada misliti da ne smiješ u teretanu....radi slobodo..možeš izgled postici sve super...ali pazi se da ne bježiš od funkcionalnosti..to ti trebaš vidjeti kako ce ti što škoditi ili nece :)</div>]]>

Dakle, treniram rukomet i imam 18 godina. U tom sportu jako mi je važan rad nogu , brzina i eksplozivnost pa me zanima je li trening nogu lose utjece ( tj, usporava li moje noge i rad nogu i eksplozivnost) ili mi cak može pomoci u tome? <br />Puno sam ljudi pitao i bilo je razlicitih odgovora pa bih želio cuti i vaše.
