Ukoliko se odluciš na pilates i budeš uporna, a uz uvjet pravilne prehrane, svakako ceš oblikovati i ucvrstiti tijelo. Ukoliko ti je mršavljenje na prvom mjestu, preporuka je ubaciti crobne aktivnosti. No, pilates ti nikako ne može škoditi.&nbsp;]]>

Vjezbam pomocu DVD - a Pilates i Joga, moram priznati da je dvd savrsen, treba vremena da se nauce raditi vjebe pravilno, ali kad se nauci onda je to to...<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">&nbsp;</P><P>E da&nbsp;da&nbsp;li je jako bitna pravilna prehrana pri vjezanju pilatesa, uglavnom se zdravo hranim, no jednom - dvaput tjedno zeznem s pizzom ili kolacem iz Ivice i Marice <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">&nbsp;jer sam veliki ljubitelj slatkogaaaaa</P><P>grasias</P>]]>

Naizgled su jednostavne, a opet poprilicno zahtjevne. U tome je i izazov! A radost u upali misica koju dugo nisam imala <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br>jedna_mala, vezano uz onaj link, mislim da je potrebna registracija za vise sadrzaja. besplatna je, no ako ti se ne da, mogu ti poslati tocan link na privatni sanducic.<br>]]>
