    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5918">djgagy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9082<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2013 at 22:43<br /><br />uglavnom je to neko meso za rucak, ili pasta sa tunom, sarma, peceni ombolo, teletina, evo danas je bila pasta sa bolognes i salata uvijek uz rucak(krastavci,mjesana,itd.)<div><br></div><div>prije sam jeo zobene ali nakon njih mi se nakon 2h odmah otvori apetit za ostalo jer mi je to preslab dorucak... evo te cruncye (pahuljice sa vocem) prakticiram ujutro i par mandarina i to me onda drzi do 14h. nakon 3 dana ubacim 2 jaja na oko ili kuhana u vodi bez ljuske, polivena maslinovim uljem, 2-3 snite integralnog kruha, i krastavci.</div><div><br></div><div>koje meso preporucas za V?</div><div><br></div>]]>

Takoder, malo mi se cini da previse proteina vuces iz wheya, a skoro nista iz "prave" hrane tipa jaja, sir, meso..<br />mo- dodaj sir, par orastih<br />mo2- opet neki protein mozes dodati<br />vecera- zasto tu ne jedes neko meso konkretno mjesto wheya? ili sir<br />osobno bi smanjila whey u korist drugih izvora proteina, povecala zdrave masti i kolicinu slozenih UH (opet kazem, ne znam sta je za rucak ni koji su ti ciljevi pa nemogu reci koliko UH, kcal i ostalih nutrijenata bi uopce tebao unositi)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5918">djgagy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9082<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2013 at 21:50<br /><br />imam 23 godine, 67kg, 176cm, nemam problema sa tezinom iako nekad volim pojesti vecu kolicinu kolaca, ali uglavnom pratim stanje i sto jedem vise manje....&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>poceo sam trenirati workout uglavnom 4-5 puta tjedno, i sada zelim ipak pripaziti na ono sto jedem, i zanima me dali sam dobro rasporedio ono sto jedem za npr. danas i dali je u redu kombinirati proteine kao sto sam naveo.</div><div><br></div><div>svaka primjedba i sugestija dobrodosla:)</div><div><br></div><div>Jelovnik:</div><div>Dorucak 9-10h: Whey protein sa vodom, saka crunchy pahuljica s mlijekom 2.8 i 2dcl ocijedene narance</div><div><br></div><div>Meduobrok 11-13h: mandarine 4-5komada</div><div><br></div><div>Rucak 14-15h: uglavnom ono sto majka skuha</div><div><br></div><div>Meduobrok 17-20h: 4-5 mandarina i malo kikirikija</div><div><br></div><div>Vecera 20-22h: Whey protein shake, 2 snite integralnog tost kruha, krastavci domaci, &nbsp;pileca prsa salama</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
