I kako uopce jedeš tokom dana?</div><div><br></div><div>Možda jednostavno jedeš premalo za svoje potrebe pa tijelo traži još.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=14324">ivankO96</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9076<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2013 at 11:57<br /><br />Hvala Gymka na javljanju :) visok sam 181-182cm nisam se mjerio dugo tako da su to mjere od prije 5mjeseci iako nevjerujem da sam ista narastao jer sam vec pred kraj sa rastom sad cu napuniti 18 u drugom mjesecu a vec sam prerastao i mamu i tatu a i cjelu tatinu stranu obitelji tako da jedino ako sam na nekoga s mamine strane pa izvucem koji cm jos jer mi je ujo visok oko 190cm.. i imam 86kg isto zadnja mjera na ljeto tako da je starije malo, inace se bavim fitnessom tj. teretana. :)]]>

Mozda ti je jednostavno malo hrane, koliko kcal pojedes u dorucku? dodaj neku vocku nizeg GI i orasaste pa vidi kako reagiras. Takoder UH nek ti budu složeni (mislim svi ovi osim vocke naravno)]]>

Ovako zanima me ako mi moze neko pomoci, dogada mi se da nakon dorucka &nbsp;nakon otpirlike 10min osjetim glad nerazumijem u cemu je stvar. Pripremim si 2 cjela jaja i 3 bjelanjka &nbsp;i s time pojedem jos nekih 50/70g &nbsp;pilecih prsa &nbsp;i s time 2 snite razenog kruha, molim bilo kakav savjet&nbsp;]]>
