    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18615">NiksaV</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9021<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2013 at 19:03<br /><br />Dobar dan.Neznam odakle bih prvo poceo.Idem u dubrovnik u školu i inace sam s Pelješca tako da stojim u Muškom djackom Domu u Dubrovniku.E sad u domu je problem sto ja nemogu birat što cu jesti nego što naprave to i jedeš,a hrana u domu i nije baš neka.Prije otprilike 3 tjedna sam se upisao u teretanu ali nekad jednostavno nemogu poci u teretanu radi škole i ispita,ispitivanja itd...Inace prije sam trenirao Judo otprilike 4-5 godina medjutim od Juda sam odustao zbog glupog trenera jer je bio budal i tloko o tome.Inace dosta sam razvijen za svoje godine u odnosu na moje vršnjake i prirodno sam jak tjt imam prirodne mase.Sad cu napisat otprilike moju prehranu jer kako sam u domu ond a nemogu birat što cu jesti a financijski isto nemam baš za bacanje.Nego evo moje prehrane i visina,težina.<br /><br />Imam 15 god,visok sam 183 cm i imam 113 kg.<br />Puno je znam ali evo nadam se uz vašu pomoc da mi to nece biti problem :)<br />Prehrana:<br />Dorucak:Obicno svako jutro pojedem muesli pahuljice one obicne od žitarica<br />Marenda ili užina:Obicno poojedem za marendu kad mi je škola bananu i jabuku<br />Rucak:Zavisi kako kad šta ima ali trebao bih skroz izbacit kruh i tjesteninu,pecene,prigane krumpire...<br />Užina:Za užinu kad mi nije škola dosta puta ništa ne pojedem<br />Vecera:Isto ko i rucak<br /><br />Od sutra i ja krecem na svoj "make over" kako je receno u postu prije pa bih volio da mi neko napise prehranu tjt sta bih trebao izbaciti,s obzirom da si nemogu baš priuštiti neznam ni ja što<br />i volio bih kad bi mi neko napisao program za teretanu jer ovo vrijeme dokle sam išao u teretanu radio sam veliki broj ponavljanja da mi se tijelo zategne a ne velike težine i mali broj ponavljanja jer bih onda došao još veci :)<br /><br />Uh baš sam se raspisao evo to je toliko od mene vidjet cu da ubacim slike ovaj tjedan :<br />Nadam se vašoj POMOCI <br /><br /><br /><br /><br />]]>
