    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3694">Jesse</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9008<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2013 at 19:48<br /><br />pozdrav....prema istraživanjima od 20-40 grama dnevno a najviše se preporuca iza treniga...zbog toga je glutamine i najskuplji suplement...sve ispod toga iskoristi probavni trakt tako da u konacnici vrlo malo ili nimalo ga dodje direktno u mišice...al što se tice oporavka minimalno deset grama iza treninga uz whey i ostalo..jer ga i u wheyu ima...doza od 40 grama se daje oboljelima od HIV-a da ne izgube masu...osobno idem ovako dorucak 5 grama uz mjericu wheya i poslije treninga 10 grama uz dvije mjerice wheya tako da dobijem dnevni unos preko 30 grama...]]>
