Svakako preporucam i aerobne i anaerobne vježbe.</div><div><br></div><div>Za ovu razinu treninga i proteinskog unosa suplementi ti nisu potrebni i predstavljaju ti bacanje novca.</div>]]>

Izbjegavam brzu hranu.]]>

Zanima me na koji nacin da povecam mišicnu masu. Kakvu ishranu preporucujete i koliko sedmicnog vježbanja. Visoka sam 170 i 58 kg. Prije jedno 6 mjeseci imala sam 62 kg ali svakodnevnom vožnjom bicikla mi je kilaža pala na 58 jer nisam koristila anaerobne vježbe. I zanima me koje suplemente bi mi preporucili ? Prije sam koristila weider whey protein ali nažalost prestala. Unaprijed zahvaljujem. ]]>
