Barem 2 litre dnevno (ak se ne znojim). Jednostavno sam zedna, i to vrlo cesto, a pogotovo nakon neceg slanijeg ili kave, pa cak ponekad i nakon voca. Lose se osjecam kad ne pijem vodu, tesko trpim i glad i zed, tak da stalno imam bocicu sa sobom (a nekad sam se smijala likovima u americkim filmovima s bocicom vode u torbi <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">).]]>

Samo na treningu popijem š,5 - 2 l vode, ali mislim da je to sve pretjerano.
