    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=59">vice</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 88<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2007 at 11:47<br /><br /><P>tare:&nbsp;prehrana, tjelesna aktivnost i dodaci. ali prehrana u svakom slucaju prvo. cini mi se i da&nbsp;tare nisi odlucio da li ti stvarno hoces skinuti kile ili ne, a ako imas problem&nbsp;sa skidanjem kila, nije lako se odluciti. pravilo je max. 0.5-š kg na tjedan, ne vise. moze se skinuti i vise sa npr. ketogenim dijetama, ali osim sto nije zdrava, sigurno ces imati nakon nekog vremena yo-yo efekt. </P><P>Dakle, skidanje kila moze ti biti sezonski hobi (skidanje prilje ljeta radi boljeg izgleda), odnosno da ti tjelesna aktivnost postane i dio zivota. U tom slucaju ce salo ici sigurno s vremenom. &nbsp;</P>]]>

Najbolje bi bilo da nabrojis sto sve pojedes u jednom danu u prosjeku.... ne znam da li razmisljas o tome, mnogi ljudi uopce ne razmisljaju o tome sto jedu i koliko...<br><br>Pitam jer imam feeling da unosis vise kalorija dnevno nego sto bi trebao (ako zelis gubit mast kroz vrijeme = izgubit kilograme)<br><br>Kazes da ne znas sto ti je ciniti.<br>Ne brini, prolistaj malo clanke na fitness.com.hr u rubrici prehrana i nutricioniziam i kad se malo educiras, odmah ce ti biti lakse jer ces vremenom shvatiti kako funkcionira tvoje tijelo...<br><br>Npr.... pitas se zasto ti se "vracaju kile"?<br>One se nemogu vratiti iz nicega, nego jedino iz hrane koju unosis u sebe, zar ne? Hrana koju unosis u sebe se trosi na tvoje potrebe za energijom, tj. kalorijama, a sav visak ide u salo. <br><br>Sad, ima ljudi koji mogu unositi jako puno kalorija dnevno kroz fast food i opet ostat mrsavi. Ali, nazalost, izgleda da ti nisi medju njima.. U tom slucaju, ti jedino preostaje da se ozbiljno pozabis svojim prehrambenim navikama i da ih korigiras i vidis da li ces postici zeljeni rezultat.<br><br><br>&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=62">tare</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 88<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2006 at 12:36<br /><br />Pozdrav svima!<br>Pokusavam vec jedno duze vrijeme(recimo dvije godine) skinuti visak kilograma-7 do 8 bi bilo pozeljno.Ljeti uvijek spadnu,ali ne do kraja,to jeste uvijek mi ostaju neka 2-3 kg,a zimi se sve vrati.Pokusavam skinuti to sa tc bo i trcanjem 3-4 puta sedmicno,ali uvijek ide ode kg dole,pa se vrati jos brze.<br>Problem sa prehranom mi je da cim pocnem sa restrikcijskom dijetom imunitet mi nenormalno opadne,(iako kad tada vadim krv kazu da imam jako kvalitetnu krv i da nema nikakvih promjena).Odem na dzoging i kako se oznojim,nahlada me scepa i ne pusta danima,a sinusi razvaljuju.<br>Iskreno en znam sta mi je cinit.Glavni mi je cilj skinuti te suvisne kg ali nikako po cijenu zdravlja i bolova u sinusima!<br>Bio bih zahvalan za svaki savjet ili prijedlog.<br>]]>
