    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8828">Tancho</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8745<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2013 at 13:02<br /><br />A najbolje full body odradit obadva,uzmeš jednu vježbu guranja npr. sklekove,potisci razni(floor press,bench press razni) tu ti radi triceps i prsa,pa uzmeš jednu vježbu vucenja npr. zgibovi ili veslanja razna gdje ti radi biceps i ledja i još vježbu za donji dio tijela(sve varijacije cucnjeva i mrtvih dizanja),pošto je samo 2 puta tjedno trening možeš uzeti više vježbe ali neka vecina budu compound,što se tice trbuha drži se najucinkovitijih,naravno i najtežih...turkish get up,windmill,ab wheel,napredniji plankovi(one arm,one legged,two point,side star),floor wipers,overhead sit ups...]]>

Ako mi naravno budete voljni pomoci.<br /><br />Znaci zanima me kako najbolje raspodjeliti trening u teretani na 2 puta?<br />Negdje piše prsa/ledja/ramena/trbuh & biceps/triceps/noge, drugdje kažu da ne treba tokom istog treninga raditi i biceps i triceps, onda negdje je navedena kombinacija prsa-triceps, ledja-biceps kao najbolja, negdje je to obrnuto, na trecem mjestu piše da trbušnjake treba raditi svaki put po malo, na cetvrtom da ne treba, na petom da je najbolje svaki puta odraditi kružni trening i sad sam totalno zbunjena...  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br /><br />Dakle, pitanje je kako najbolje pokriti sve mišicne skupine u 2 treninga tjedno?<br />Još samo da naglasim da mi cilj nije ni pretjerano mršavljenje (osim naravno topljenja mašcobe :D ) ni "nabildavanje" vec jednostavno ucvršcivanje cijelog tijela, odnosno "toning". <br /><br />Pa eto, tko ima vremena i volje, bit cu zahvalna.  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
