    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8701<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2013 at 07:08<br /><br />što se nogu tice ja sam imao najvitkije noge kad sam trcao i radio cucnjeve ustovremeno, neceš povecati voolumen mišica osim ako ne jedeš dovoljno da se to dogoi kakve god vježbe radila, ali super stvar za noge su ti šprintevi ili hiit, probaj hiit treninge (tipa 5 minuta jogging pa intervali 15 sekundi jako brzo pa onda jogging 45 sekundi i tako 6-8 serija i na kraju 5 minuta joging za hladjenje) ili lagano trciš 5 minuta pa odradiš 6-8 šprinteva od 50 - 100 metara (podižeš udaljenost kako podižeš kondiciju) i na kraju opet lagano trcanje, samo pazi na klopu i sve ce doci na mjesto, pozz]]>

I sve je super, osim mojih butina koje imaju poprilicne naslage masti i dosta su krupnije u odnosu na ostalo tijelo. Pazim na prehranu. Zanima me koje vježbe su najbolje za oblikovanje butina kao i listova? Da li cucnjevi povecavaju obim mišica, jer je moj cilj smanjiti i izdužiti mišice?  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
