   <title>Helloo :)) : Eto mene danas... Ujutro sam si...</title>

Ujutro sam si skuhala dva jaja i njih na poslu pojela, skupa sa pomidorom (na zalost to je ono sto sam ujutro stigla odraditi prije posla), za rucak sam si narucila salatu sa piletinom, i pretacem se vodom, nego kupila sam si sipku za zgibove, vijacu i prostirku danas, tako da sam vecerasnje hodanje zamjenila &nbsp;trbusnjacima i vijacom...idem polako, nego sto se prehrane tice, danas je bila oskudna ali od kada sam pocela jesti napokon se nesto desava u mom trbuhu :) Vaga pokazuje 70,8kg danas i to mi je drago izgleda da sam se rijesila viska vode. Citam malo blogove pa upijam sta mogu. Uglavnom, po izracunima trebam unositi dnevno 2333kcal, buduci da sam ujutro uvijek na knapu s vremenom svakako bi whey voljela u dorucak ubaciti, bademe strasno volim pa bi u meduobroku kombinirala bademe i jabuku, a o posnom siru da i ne pricam :) Predvecer cu sutra napisati sto sam kroz dan pojela i plan za ponedeljak...&nbsp;]]>

Buduci da si tu vec napravila veliku promjenu, i uvela tri normalna obroka, a vidim nosi se i rucak na posao <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley27.gif" border="0" align="middle" />, bit ce uskoro pomaka, to sigurno. Samo pripazi da jedes "cistu" hranu i sve ce to bit super <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> kad budes imala vremena napisi nam jelovnike<br />pozdrav i sretno i dalje  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18007">Mala_g1512</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8650<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2013 at 23:54<br /><br />ekipa evo da se javim... radim puno pa se doma samo u krevet strovalim, ono sto je bitno, pocela sam trenirati... 3 puta tjedno idem na grupne treninge u jedan studio tu u rijeci i decko nas skroz ubije sto mi i odgovara :) (ne znam one vase termine pa vam ne mogu reci odredeno i sto tocno ali je to nesto tipa intervalnih treninga ako me shvacate) pijem barem 3l vode dnevno, i pocela sam jesti normalno, skuham si navecer pa uzmem na posao rucak i ujutro se svakako natjeram pojesti nesto... kavu ne pijem nego zeleni caj i mogu vam reci da se vecbolje osjecam...]]>
