   <title>Trudnoca : saznala sam da sam trudna u 8....</title>

Kad sam saznala za trudnocu prvo je dr. rekao ne step crobic, da je preintenzivan, par dana kasnije krenuli su problemi u trudnoci pa sam morala odmirovati cijeli ostatak (oko 7. mj). Za to sam se vrijeme jednostavno raskvasila, dobila sam š5 kg u trudnoci ali su se mišici opustili i to nije bilo lijepo za vidjeti, a da ne velim kakve sam strije dobila na preponama, sve od mirovanja koje je stupilo samo na naglo i najedamput.<br /> Molite boga da trudnoca bude uredna pa da se možete kretati i cak baviti nekim aktivnostima]]>

Za sve druge vjezbe moras se konzultirati sa lijecnikom jer nije svaka trudnoca, niti svaka trudnica ista. Od dodataka prehrani ces najvjerojatnije morati uzimati ciljane preparate koje ti odredi lijecnik na osnovu krvne slike npr. folna kiselina, zeljezo i sl.]]>
