    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=728">blavor</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 858<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2008 at 12:52<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Pozdrav svima</P><P>slucajno sam naisao na ovu stranicu a i letimicno sam bacio pogled po temama kao i savjetima ali nisam naisao na onaj koji me zanima...nedugo vremena se bavim bb tako da sam krenuo sa definicijom pa me zanima nacin prehrane, sta trebam izbjegavati i na sta se trebam koncentrirati? necu vas sad maltretirati jelovnicima, ako vam nije problem mozete ga i napisati <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">, ali sam mislio cisto informativno sta je preporucljivo, koje namirnice i pogotovo sta konzumirati u vecernjim satima..sto se tice dodataka, poceo sam koristiti whey aminokiseline, jos da saznam nacin prehrane i kvalitetan trening moze zapoceti! hvala na svim sugestijama<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>
