Rucak ok, sa nekim UH-om kako je i rekla avangarde. Neki obrok izmedju (pa makar nešto orašastih ako je frka) i normalna vecerica......kao i sve što bi se jelo za rucak, sa UH-ima ili bez njih pa s zdravim mastima. <u>Mene sad još jedino zanimaju planirane kolicine.</u></div><div><br></div><div>U svakom slucaju, ovo što si ti naveo Diomedes nebi ni mog macka najelo tako da.....upregni to malo bolje pa nas opet izvijesti - iako ti je namjera smršavit nisi baš curica, ne?&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10645">avangarde</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8565<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2013 at 22:46<br /><br />za dorucak uz zobene, mlijeko i voce trebas jos neki protein i zdrave masti- npr. cijelo jaje i/ili bjelanjci, orasasti plodovi, posni sir..<br />Rucak treba biti prije nego odes na faks, dakle ovako kako si naveo, s tim da ako neces jesti do navecer do 8 (sto ne preporucam, svakako bi trebao napravit neki sendvic od razenog i pilecih ili ponjeti zrnati sir i neku vocku) onda za rucak svakako treba ukljuciti neki slozeni UH tipa- int. riza, krummpir, razeni kruh i sl.]]>

( pisat cu za svaki dan dan prije ) :D&nbsp;<div>&nbsp;Dakle citao sam i proucio malo na forumu što kažete na temu nutricionizam i jelovnici i probao nešto iskombinirati s svojim rasporedom tijekom tjedna. .. PONEDJELJAK ... pošto idem na vlak u pola 11...dorucak bi bio u 9 i sastojao bi se od zobenih pahuljica s mlijekom i voca (npr. jedna banana i jedna jabuka ) &nbsp;... u ponedjeljak mi predavanja pocinju oko 1 tak da bi bilo dobro imati rucak oko 12 ili poi 1 &nbsp;i to vjerojatno u menzi ( jel to dobro ili loše ? ) i vjerojatno bih našao nešto na meniju kaj bude poslužilo tipa piletina na brzo i brokula kao prilog te bi uzeo još neku salatu ... faks imam do 5 i doma dolazim u pol 8 ... za veceru bi bilo dobro da pojedem ciklu ili neku salatu :)&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11272">Scarpetta</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8565<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2013 at 14:16<br /><br />ok mršavi:))<br />jelovnik ti je loš i može biti puno puno bolji.<br />Nije bitan broj obroka cak niti raspored u danu kada ceš jesti (bitno je ali ne toliko jako, svi imamo obaveze i rasporedimo kako možemo obroke) ali ti obroci moraju biti uravnoteženi tj imati omjer proteina, ugljikohidrata i masti <br />Pogledaj malo po forumu i baci oko na jelovnike forumaša pa složi nešto bolje<br />kada to napraviš stavi pa cemo ti korigirati]]>
