Sat i pol prije treninga pojedi jednu vocku (banana, jabuka..ili sta vec) i pojedi bar 150 g posnog sira ili 3,4 bjelanjka. pola sata prije popij kavu tursku crnu pa da vidimo kako ces tad odraditi trening  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Treniram 2x tjedno po sat i pol, idem u teretanu na grupni program koji je težak ima dosta aerobnog dijela ( preskakanje vijace, udaranje u vrecu...), pomjesanog sa dizanjem utega,cucnjevima... moj problem je definitivno nedostatak energije. Vrlo brzo se umorim i teško mi je. Htjela bi naci neki proizvod koji cu moc popit prije treninga i odradit trening kako Bog zapovijeda  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
