    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=17840">svizac</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8546<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2013 at 23:07<br /><br />hvala hvala <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br><br>ujutro sirni namaz, žitarice sa mlijekom, ili jaja <br>za gablec tuna u konzervi i jabuka<br>oko 2 sata žitna plocica<br>kad dodjem doma pileca prsa, oslic, sa kuhanim krumpirom, rižom, tako nešto a uz prilog tome svemu cikla, zelena salata, krastavci, zelje..to je negdje 3 do 4 puta tjedno a ostale dane je juha (mahune, zelje, krumpir...) <br>navecer najcešce žitarice sa mlijekom <br>i da, raženi kruh jedem, ili onaj sa sjemenkama, ovisi koji imaju u trgovini <br>]]>

Ovako napamet je teško nešto konkretnije govoriti. Ako vec misliš krenuti tako kako si zamislio - kreni pa prati kako ide.
