Radije masti te unesi kroz maslinovo ulje ili orasaste. Ovo se cini ok, samo koliko ima te tjestenine? zast ne valja maslac od kikirikija? ja pravim sama svoj i odlican je to izvor masti.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=17833">hyptard</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8541<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2013 at 23:07<br /><br />napokon sam uspio sloziti dobar jelovnik kojeg se mogu drzati u potpunosti. <br><br>dorucak oko 9: zob. 250g+ 0.7l mlijeka + pola mjerice wheya<br>mo: oko 11 -&gt; e tu svasta uleti, ali vecinom pojedem tunu u maslinovu ulju i neko povrce uz to + 2jaja, kako sto stignem <br>rucak : oko 14: piletina ili puretina, oko 250-300g, nekada i do 400, + povrce + omega 3 mk 1 kaps<br>mo: oko 17-18 ujedno i pwm: pola mjerice wheya + uh sa niskim gli. indeksom + 2 jaja<br>poslije treninga(traje najcesce oko 2h): 1.5mjerica wheya + voda + dex<br>mo: oko 20-21 - ovo mi je poslije prvi obrok poslije treninga tuna i povrce ili tjestenina i piletina ili nesto slicno + 2jaja<br>i zadnji obrok : uvijek isti, posni + bademi, ovo mi jednostavno najvise odgovara, iako tu i tamo dodam i maslac od kikirikija za kojeg znam da nije toliko dobar, ali mi jebeno popravi okus + omega3 mk + magnezij + kalcij + mv sve u šum. tabletama<br><br>da, otkrio sam da nakon 11 godina sto ga uopce nisam probao, vise nemam alergiju na jaje!! iako me malo napuhne i ne mirise bas prefino xD napokon mislim da ovo valja i da se krece prema napretku! nisam siguran koliko je ovo kcal, ali po proslim racunanjima, oko 3000.<br><br><br><br>]]>
