Prouci kalkulatore, izracunaj svoj BMR i TDEE, oduzmi od TDEE-a 20% i dobijes kcal po kojima trebas sibat i onda si samo kombiniras po ovom principu dok ne dodes do ispunjenog broja kcal- uzmes olovku stavis kvacicu checked na kraju dana i odes mirne duse spavati  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />sretno  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
