Govorim zato jer pwm na koji svi misle sadrzi iskljucivo jednostavne ugljikohidrate (dekstroza, mozda maltoza ako netko mijesa) ali ujutro ti je glukoza zadnja stvar koju trebas ako bas nemas tezinski trening. Glukoza iza crobnog takodjer nikako jer zaustavljas proces razgradnje masti.<br>Vjerojatno je trebalo ici ovako pitanje: sto se ujutro moze jesti od bjelancevina a da nisu jaja i mlijeko?<br>Odg: bilo koji izvor bjelancevina! Meso, whey, svjezi sir itd...<br>]]>
