   <title>I meni treba pomoc! : Da poku&#353;avam zadnji obrok smjestiti...</title>

Sklekove radim na koljenima, pokušala sam sa prijateljem klasicne, ne ide, nemam snage u rukama dovoljno. Otprilike 13-14 sklekova u 30 sec. Stvarno cu pokušati sve vježbe za sr+tražnjicu, koliko vremena da si dam da vidim rezultate, barem prve?&nbsp;<div><br></div>]]>

Možda hoceš izgubit te kilice ali ceš na kraju postati samo manja verzija sebe sada.</div><div><br></div><div>Podsjecaš me na mene pred puno godina....ne ponavljaj iste greške, vec sredi jelovnik i nemoj se bojat hrane, samo ju nauci dobro rasporedit. Tu imaš puno primjera jelovnika, vec si i mogla vidjet kako bi to otprilike trebalo izgledat. Slatkog se ne moraš skroz odrec - samo bit umjerena&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></div>]]>
