Ulje sjemenka lana u organizmu se isto razlaze i na&nbsp; EPH I DHA hmasne kiseline, ali kofein to sprjecava, pa treba paziti. I jedno pitanje; zar se omega 6 ne razlaze sama na omegu 3?]]>
