A onda lagano u deficit. Ili ako vec hoceš nešto naprednije - ali onda sa smislom i dobrim planom.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

Osobno ne preferiram IF ali u slucaju da ga netko radi kao ti jelovnik mora biti pomno isplaniran- hrana i makronutrijenti tebaju biti dobro rasporedeni. Kod tvog jelovnika to nije baš napravljeno, npr. D- povrce (vlakna?) kojim jelovnik treba bit krcat..isto tako i ova sunka/salama- nije bas bogata proteinima koje trebas, tu bi trebalo jesti pravo meso..Uglavnom, kako nisam pristalica IF nemogu se sprjeciti da ne kazem da bi mozda trebala ipak probati na 2 tj neki uravnotezen pristup s 4-5 obroka na dan pa onda kreniti s rezanjem tj deficitom na neki nacin koji izaberes.
