Tu on nema puno utjecaja, nažalost.</div><div>Rucak 2 (doma) 17:00: Slicno kao i rucak 1 osim što 1-2 dana ce biti varivo. Prilog riža, tijesto...navedite što još može od priloga</div><div>Trening 18:00 najvjerojatnije Focus T25 Gamma</div><div>18:30 Shake banana + 30g wheya</div><div>Vecera 22:00 nešto kao dorucak, samo bez wheya</div><div><br></div><div>Da bi stagnirao treba mu oko 2400 kcal. On bi to podigao na 2800-3000, ali emamo pojma koliko kcal nosi sve ovo navedeno.</div><div><br></div><div>Jel ovo ok? Jel treba ubaciti još nešto?</div><div><br></div><div>Puno hvala.</div>]]>
