Cemu?</div><div><br></div><div>Odradi 3-4 kvalitetna treninga snage, ubaci kardio uz to (malo Li kardia, malo HIIT-a), pripazi na prehranu i to je to, šta ce ti toliko treninga.....</div>]]>

Dali bi rezultati bili još bolji kad bih trenirao 5 put tjedno 2-3 h dnevno]]>
