Znaci ipak je bolji onaj kruzni steper? Hvala Enaa! Gledala sam onaj niski, na koji samo stanes, nema ono za drzati ruke, taj je ipak malo skuplji.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=356">Mr.O</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 832<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2008 at 08:10<br /><br />&nbsp;Intervalni trening su izmjene teskih dionica i odmora kao npr. dobar pocetnicki intervalni trening bi bio 20-30 sekundi sprint, pa 90 sekundi odmora(laganog trcanja)&nbsp;i tako 8-š0 intervala. Kako napredujes povecavaj fazu sprinta,a smanjuj fazu odmora i povecaj broj intervala. Naravno intervalni trening nije ogranicen samo na trcanje- moze se raditi i plivanjem, veslanjem ili bilo kojim drugim sportom(npr. dizanje utega bi se uvjetno receno moglo smatrati intervalnim treningom). No moram te upozoriti da ne smijes krenuti prejako ako tek pocinjes s intervalnim treninzima-lako moze doci do ozljede pa i do pretreniranosti i upala misica. Prednost takvih treninga je kaj su kraci, zanimljiviji i na neki nacin izazovni, ali kazem i izuzetno teski(ako se dobro odrade). Sjecam se kad sam pred par mjeseci radio jedan intervalni trening koji je izgledao ovako(nemojte mislit da sam umisljen ili da vas podcjenjujem, ali nemojte ovo pokusavati ako niste jako dobro utrenirani i u formi): 2xš5 min. trcanja na 80-85% maximuma s 5 min. odmora izmedju serija. Pred kraj su mi se vec pred ocima otvorila vrata pakla, a pluca su me "na koljenima" molila za zrak...ali osjecaj nakon treninga...neopisivo<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smileyš.gif" border="0">ne moze vam to zamijenit nikakav orgazam( u tom rangu je)<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">]]>
