    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=16257">grandana</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8271<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2013 at 20:35<br /><br />danasnji meni:<br />8 ness, 9 zobene, 11 mandarina, 12 pol snite razenog s maslacem i domacim djemom od sljive, ness - propuh, propuh<br />13:30 blitva s krumpirom, 2 snicle pileceg filea, 2 jaja na oko<br />17:00 kruska.<br />19:30 150 g sampinjona, vagani sirovi, yaaay, 1 luk, zdinstano na 1 zl ulja i vodi, 2 snite sunke i 2 snite gaude, jogurt i mandarina<br /><br />ipak nisam otisla u gym danas, a ne bum do ponedjeljka, imam svadbu sutra i team building prek vikenda - prva prava kusnja.<br /><br />malo padam na hrani, previse informacija u malo vremena i sve mi se zbrckalo, obeshrabruje me kaj ne kuzim te kalorije... <br />znam da nis ne ide prek noci, al eto, da se izjadam malo i krenem dalje... i najduzi put poceo je prvim korakom :)]]>

Prije toga par propuha (stid me), al zob je prosla bez meda.<br />Do gyma sam za 15 min tramvajem, ak brzo dodje tram, al ovaj whey si ja kupim u gymu, pa mi tam zmixaju. Nemam sad kune za platit odjednom, ak mi ostane od dnevnog budgeta se pocastim s wheyom (skresala sam si cigarete i kavu u korist proteina). Skoro bu rockas pa bum zicala proteine :)<br />Malo sam procackala po netu foll body, naisla sam na nekaj kaj mi se cini ok: 5 minuta za svaku grupu, npr leg curl, radis 5 minuta s tezinom da jedva napravis deset ponavljanja, broj serija diktira limit od 5 minuta. I tak po 5 mi uta radis ledja, ruke, noge, sve kaj stignes... Kak vama iskusnijima to izgleda, mene je to privuklo, brijem da cu danas opet u gym da isprobam.]]>

E sad mi je ovo sa sirovom hranom otkrice, stvarno nisam skuzila da se vaganje od osi na sirovu hranu... Eto, vaga i ja se tek pocinjemo kuziti, tako da je ova i formacija uletila u pravom trenutku. Imam neku vagu za 50 kn, je neprecizna, al sto je to par grama gore-dolje? Right?]]>
