Ocajno mi treba 10-15 kg vise. Zanima me mozete li mi pomoci i napisati sto raditi kako bih dobio 10 kg CISTE MISICNE MASE u najkracem mogucem roku. Nisam bas potpuni pocetnik,znam da je NAJBITNIJA prehrana,ona zdrava,naporni treninzi(ubijanje misica),te obrok nakon vjezbanja za nadoknadit izgubljeno.Ovako to sad radim,slobodno mi ispravite sto nije dobro!<br /><br />Kada si u jutarnjoj smjeni;<br />05:30-sendvic s purecom salamom.<br />07:00-intergralno pecivo.<br />10:00-kuhana riža i kuhano meso.<br />13:30-Banana.<br />16:00- sendvic s pilecom salamom i kuhana tjestenina.<br />19:00-Jabuka.<br />19:30-Trcanje.<br />20:00-Teretana<br />21:00-trcanje.<br />21:30-zobene žitarice,banana.<br /><br />Kada si u popodnevnoj smjeni;<br />08:00-Trcanje.<br />09:00-Sendvic s purecom salamom,kuhano jaje(samo bjelanjak),zobene žitarice.<br />11:30-Salama od pilecih prsa.<br />13:00-Krafna<br />16:00-Kuhana riža i meso.<br />18:00-Banana.<br />19:30-Bademi.<br />21:30-Teretana<br />22:30-trcanje.<br />23:00-tjestenina s posnim sirom,sendvic od purece salame.]]>
