E sad, bilo bi dobro da obratis paznju na te priloge uz meso- ako je povrce onda nemas pretjerano brige s nakrcavanjem tanjura ali ako je obicna riza, krumpir, mlinci i tak to onda trebas pripaziti (probaj zamijeniti s integralnom rizom, jecmenom kasom, heljdom, kvinojom, razenim kruhom i procjeniti koliko toga ima da mozemo ispravljat). Jedi uvijek i povrce/salatu uz meso i ovaj prilog koji si navela.<br />Ma ok je tvrdi sir navecer, samo nemoj pretjerivati jer je dosta kalorican i masan. Mozes za veceru neku salatu s piletinom ili tunom pa onda pred spavanje posni+orasasti<br />Pocni mjeriti hranu  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Prilog kuhano ili grilano povrce, riza cous cous, krumpir, mlinci... <br />Vocka najcesce sama ili s orasastim ( bademi, orasi, indijski orascici) max saka <br />Posni sir solo<br />Vecera najcesce neko zelenje s tvrdim sirom ( hmm citala sam da bi ga trebalo izbjegavati) ispravite me ako grijesim<br />Da li se whey moze kombinirati s herbalife shakeom posto sam ga vec kupila da ne bacam]]>
