    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19966">dekipkc20</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8175<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2014 at 00:07<br /><br />Ja sam dosta paznje davao na podlaktice najbolje ti je kupit ili napraviti GRIPOVE i stiskat i to na ovu foru ja radim.Napravio sam si ono za namotavanje od cvjetnjaka uteg provuko spagu i na metalnu sipku omotavam uteg ima 2kg napravim oko 8 serija sto sproije gore dole vec nakon 5 otkaz podlaktica ko kamen i onda kao secer uzmem gripove i stiscem dok me doslovno ne boli jako ruka i kad krene bol sto jaca drzim stisnuto.Kada pustim grip ko da imam nove ruke doslovno.I mogu ti rec da se vrlo ljepo vidi od kad to prakticiram ali radim i zgib paralelno.Jos sam tu i tam proao fora s utegom od 4kg da samo odizes saku prema sebi i kontra ( podhvat i nadhvat )&nbsp;]]>
